We want you to be fully satisfied with your investment, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn boots within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure your footwear is tried on only on carpeted surfaces to avoid scuffing the leather soles.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to begin the shipping process.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories like extra laces or dust bags are included before sealing the box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 3-5 business days of receipt.
